April 23, 2025
At Northwest European Autoworks, we take pride in the quality of our work and the integrity of our service. We offer the following warranty on qualifying repairs to give you added confidence in the care of your vehicle.
What’s Covered
We warranty repairs completed by our technicians, using parts we supply. Our coverage includes:
Defects in workmanship
Manufacturer defects in parts installed by NEA
Labor associated with the original qualifying repair
Duration of Coverage
Our warranty is valid for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, beginning on the date of the original repair.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear items (e.g., brake pads, tires, bulbs, wipers)
Damage due to accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use
Failures resulting from lack of routine maintenance
Repairs made by or tampered with by third parties
Any part(s) supplied by the customer (labor and material are excluded from warranty when non-NEA parts are used)
Third-Party Work
We do not warranty or assume responsibility for work performed by other shops or for parts not sourced through NEA.
Maintenance Requirements
To ensure continued coverage, vehicles must be properly maintained according to manufacturer recommendations. Documentation of oil changes, fluid services, and inspections may be required for warranty consideration.
Notification Requirements
Customers must notify NEA of a suspected warranty issue as soon as it is noticed. Failure to report a problem early may lead to further damage and denial of warranty coverage.
What NEA Will Do
If a covered repair fails within the warranty period:
NEA will inspect the issue at no charge
If found to be warranty-related, we will repair or replace the faulty component
Labor and parts related to the original repair will be covered
Where Service Must Occur
All warranty repairs must be performed at NEA’s Bellingham, WA facility. We cannot reimburse for work performed elsewhere without prior written authorization.
